Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to reduce downtime and keep production moving
- Use basic diagnostic tools to verify equipment performance
- Work closely with your team and support staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read and understand diagrams, manuals, and basic schematics
- Safety‑focused, reliable, and able to work independently
- An industrial electrician or industrial mechanic background is a plus
