Experienced Server
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests’ dining experience while advancing your skills in the hospitality industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and present menus with a friendly, positive attitude.

Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.

Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol service.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Answer questions, offer product recommendations, and ensure guests are satisfied with their meals.

Process payments and handle cash, credit, or check transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role.

A passion for customer service and providing a memorable dining experience.

Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to make recommendations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
