Straight Jacket is a growing automotive customization and service shop specializing in PPF, window tint, ceramic coatings, detailing, and automotive customization.
We're looking for a professional, organized, outgoing Front Desk / Customer Service Coordinator to become the face of our shop and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
- Schedule customer appointments
- Check vehicles in and out
- Create customer profiles and work orders
- Communicate customer requests clearly to technicians and management
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Collect customer payments
- Follow up on estimates and potential customers
- Follow up with previous customers for additional services
- Maintain accurate vehicle and customer records
- Take before/after photos of vehicles when needed
- Help coordinate the daily vehicle schedule
- Track vehicles moving through the shop
- Assist with parts/material ordering and tracking
- Maintain an organized and professional front office
- Help identify opportunities to recommend additional services
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist management with day-to-day shop operations

- Comfortable talking with customers
- Comfortable answering phones and responding to texts
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computers, iPads, and basic software
- Comfortable learning shop-management systems
- Automotive knowledge is a major plus
- Sales experience is a major plus
- Previous dealership, detailing, tint, PPF, or automotive service experience is preferred but not required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
