Seaside Security is a locally owned ADT Authorized Dealer hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in the Wilmington area.
We sell premium home security systems and high-speed AT&T internet to homeowners. This is a commission-based role where your earnings are directly tied to your results.
Performance Incentive:
- iPad Pro after successfully completing your 5th installed and active sale
Pay Structure:
- $500 per ADT Security System sale
- Up to $300 on AT&T 1 Gig+ Internet
- Additional payouts available on Fiber, DIRECTV, and wireless activations
Realistic Weekly Earnings: Consistent performers can earn between $1,000 - $2,500+ per week depending on activity and results. There is no cap on earnings.
Important Note: There is typically about a 2-week lag between completing a sale and receiving payment due to ADT processing and payroll.
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Comfortable knocking on doors and speaking with homeowners
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Must pass a background check
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Sales experience is helpful, but we train the right people.
