Natural Fit Therapy is expanding our mobile therapy team and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant who wants more than a routine caseload.
This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy autonomy, variety in their day, and meaningful patient interaction — not double booking and rushed treatments.
You’ll provide individualized care to active adults 50+ in their homes and senior living communities while working closely with a supportive Physical Therapist team.

What You’ll Treat-
Our mobile team sees a wide variety of patients, keeping each day engaging:
- Orthopedic conditions (back, hip, knee, shoulder, neck)
- Parkinson’s Disease and neurological diagnoses
- Balance deficits and fall prevention
- Strength and mobility decline
- Functional independence and general fitness
This position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys clinical problem-solving and building relationships with patients.
Responsibilities-
- Provide one-on-one treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
- Progress exercises and functional activities based on patient response
- Travel to patient homes and senior living communities
- Accurately document patient care and progress
- Communicate patient updates with supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and independence strategies
What You Bring-
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA License
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising PT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping older adults remain independent
