What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic systems, automated machinery, and production equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
- Fine-tune robotic programming and systems to maximize performance.
- Implement and improve preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Provide hands-on training to team members on robotic systems and assembly machinery.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to support effective troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in an automated or robotic environment.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming or ladder logic.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and reliability improvement.
- Safety-focused mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
