We're looking for energetic, hospitality-minded Servers/Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
- Guide guests through our food, beer, wine, and cocktail menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining room
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teammates
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests and coworkers
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy shifts
- Team-first mentality
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Passion for food, craft beer, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Schedule
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Weekend and holiday availability is preferred
