Requirements

Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or ability to obtain

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field

Experience in a school-based setting preferred

Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student goals

Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans

Support students with communication needs across various grade levels

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with educational teams
