What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in automotive diagnostics and repair (all makes and models).
- Strong skills in electrical diagnosis, engine performance, brakes, suspension, and drivability issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to keep learning.
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to one of our five locations in the Shenandoah Valley before starting.
Pay & Benefits:
- $75,000 - $125,000 per year (Based on experience and performance).
- Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
