About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Reputation and Customer Engagement Specialist to own and continuously improve TrimRx's online reputation. You'll proactively manage reviews, social engagement, and customer feedback across digital channels to strengthen brand credibility and public trust. This is a highly visible role reporting to our Director of Customer Experience, with real influence over how the company is perceived by current and future patients.
What You'll Do
-Strengthen Brand Reputation and Public Trust: Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms like Trustpilot and BBB, resolving concerns quickly and professionally and within a target response time of 24 business hours.
-Support Customer Engagement Standards: Help build and refine workflows and best practices for how customer feedback is handled, and share guidance with teammates as needed.
-Optimize Customer-Facing Digital Channels: Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and quality across all points of patient contact.
-Identify Trends and Recommend Improvements: Use feedback trends across Trustpilot and BBB to recommend process improvements to leadership, with a goal of maintaining an average rating of 4.5+ stars across both platforms
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in reputation management, customer experience, or brand management (healthcare or telehealth experience a plus)
- Strong written communication skills; comfortable handling sensitive or escalated customer situations with professionalism
- Experience building or improving processes
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning a function independently
- Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m; with occasional flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
