Licensed Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) Join a Therapist-Owned Practice That Values Excellence
Middleton Massage & Wellness and Eagle Massage & Wellness are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within a professional, supportive environment.
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position, but we operate with high standards and clear expectations. We believe in creating an exceptional experience for every client while supporting our therapists with a beautiful workspace, marketing, scheduling, and a team-first culture.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is available to work evenings and weekends (these are our busiest times and a priority for this position).
- Is reliable, consistent, and ready to work when scheduled.
- Takes initiative and maintains a strong work ethic.
- Provides exceptional customer service and truly cares about client outcomes.
- Is comfortable learning and confidently using our online booking and scheduling system.
- Understands the importance of rebooking clients and building long-term relationships that keep clients on a consistent treatment plan.
- Is motivated to help grow their own schedule by bringing in personal clients while also serving new clients provided by the clinic.
- Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive clinic culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions customized to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation.
- Learn and effectively use our booking software, scheduling system, and client management tools.
- Rebook clients before they leave and educate them on treatment plans when appropriate.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Laundry is a shared responsibility and all therapists are expected to help keep linens washed, folded, and stocked throughout the day.
- Assist with maintaining treatment rooms and common areas.
- Promote your services professionally through networking, referrals, and personal marketing efforts.
