Pay Structure
- Training Days: $120–$130/day
- Regular Route Days: up to $180–$200/day with Daily Performance Incentives
- Stop threshold bonus
- Monthly bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Retention bonus
Schedule
- Full-Time (4–6 days/week)
- Morning start times

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Ability to pass:
- Criminal background check
- Drug screening
- DOT physical
- Must be able to lift up to heavy packages and handle physical workload
- Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Follow pre-planned delivery routes and time schedules
- Load and unload vehicle as needed
- Inspect vehicle daily and report any issues
- Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team
