POSITION SUMMARY:
CS1 role is responsible for servicing all customer phone calls; prescription intake, triage and assignment to data entry; and all customer related order follow up during end of day close out.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Answering all incoming phone calls
-Document Refill Requests
-Field Questions and/or route -Calls to other personnel/departments
- Provide Order Status or Tracking Information
-Take Payment Information
- Contacting patients for billing and shipping information
- Contacting client accounts for missing information / clarification
- Documenting receipt of all verbal, faxed, hard copy, e-scribed, prescriptions, and;
- Archiving all documented prescriptions in electronic records management
- Responsible for creating cases for prescription orders received, in Salesforce (a task) and assigning them to data entry pharmacy technicians (CS2)
- Responsible for assigning all electronically received prescriptions (e-scripts) to CS2 personnel
- Responsible for monitoring Salesforce queues; reassigning workload based on staffing
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients as well as colleagues here at Wells.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and connects callers to applicable personnel as needed.
- ·Checks voicemail every 30 minutes to ensure expedited response back to customer.
- Handles and resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communicates timely with the customer when an order has been delayed, cancelled or interrupted. *Timely = same day or when notified by pharmacy, inventory or shipping.
- Communicates payment requirements professionally and accurately.
- Documents all “actions” in customer account regarding all correspondences.
- Maintains compliance with company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements.
- General Office tasks as assigned.
- Participate in projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent
Current TX Pharmacy Technician License required
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office Suite, Pharmacy Software.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
