We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care and education in a positive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take digital radiographs
- Conduct patient assessments and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist in diagnosing and identifying treatment needs
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and records
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to create an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of MI
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive personality
