Portfolio Manager – Condominium Associations (LCAM Mandatory)

PMI Sunshine State is a growing condominium association management company serving communities throughout Miami-Dade County. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and technology-savvy Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of several condominium associations.
This position combines scheduled on-site management hours at each community with office and administrative responsibilities, creating a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of several condominium associations.
Conduct scheduled on-site management visits.
Attend board meetings, annual meetings, and special meetings (some evening meetings required).
Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.
Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Coordinate maintenance projects and vendor services.
Work closely with the accounting department regarding budgets, financial reports, invoices, and collections.
Enforce governing documents and follow up on violations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Required
Active Florida CAM License.
Previous condominium association management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Highly proficient with email communication and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar), Zoom.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
Experience with community association management and community management software.
Knowledge of Florida condominium law.
