Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager to oversee our landscape irrigation maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in landscape irrigation management, ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include managing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the irrigation maintenance team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of power tools and hand tools used in landscaping projects.
- Oversee irrigation techs and monitor sales goals
- Inspect properties for quality control maintain BMP's for irrigation
- Ordering materials as needed and monitor cost and deliveries
- Coordinate irrigation maintenance and repair of commercial systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment and performing tasks.
- Train team members on proper use of tools and techniques for effective landscape maintenance.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for irrigation operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, and lawn care practices.
- Experience in managing teams or projects is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Drivers license is required for this position.
Must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs waist high

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
