Qualifications:
We're looking for a leader who has:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Emergency Clinician or 2+ years as a board-certified Specialist
Active veterinary license in good standing
Proven leadership abilities with strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Passion for developing people while delivering exceptional medicine
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate new ideas, new protocols, and effectively resolve client and/or pDVM concerns when necessary.
