SDR High Ticket Appointment Setting $70k+ OTE
Remote. Full-time, 8am to 5pm CST. Performance based. We are always hiring sharp setters.
We are a sales company. We build and run the sales teams for a portfolio of growing companies, and we are always looking for sharp setters to put on them. Apply once, and based on your fit we match you to the right seat at one of our companies.
If you want to learn this craft at a place that does it for a living, this is one of the best rooms you can be in. We hire even when no single seat is posted today, because the right person is worth making room for.
The honest version of the job.
WHO WE ARE:
The Sales League is a US-based sales management firm. Companies bring us in to build their pipeline, train their reps, and run their sales the right way, and we staff those teams with people we hire and develop. Our team lives the same playbook we teach. We are not a soft place to coast. We are a place to get genuinely good at selling, surrounded by people who care about it as much as you do.
WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS
As an SDR you start the conversations that feed our closers. You reach out to prospects, qualify them, and book them onto a closer's calendar, then you confirm and follow up so the meeting holds. High volume, fast on fresh leads, sharp on the phone. The company we place you with sets the exact product and pay, but the job is the same everywhere. You are the front of the machine. The win is a qualified prospect who shows up ready to talk.
This is a high-activity seat. A lot of dials, a lot of no on the way to the yes. The setters who win treat speed and follow-up like a sport.
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW:
Structure: Performance based, with the exact plan set by the company we place you with
Realistic earnings: In the ballpark of $6,000 to $8,000 a month for a producing setter
Upside: This is the on-ramp to an Account Executive seat for the people who earn it.
WHO WINS HERE
You like the phone and you do not rattle. You have some sales, setting, or high-volume customer-facing experience, and you can keep your energy up through a heavy day of outreach. You are fast on a fresh lead, organized on follow-up, and confident in a quick conversation with a prospect. You are coachable, you keep score on yourself, and you want a real career in sales, not just a paycheck this month. We will teach you the playbook. We cannot teach you the drive.
QUALITY SALES PROS THAT DON'T SUCCEED
- You have bounced between three or more jobs in the last two years
- You take a no personally and let it slow you down
- You like the idea of sales but not the volume of outreach it takes
- You let fresh leads sit instead of calling them fast
- You forget to confirm and follow up, so your booked calls do not show
- You need someone standing over you to stay in motion
A question worth sitting with before you apply
Tell us about a stretch where you had to make a high volume of calls or outreach day after day. How did you keep your energy and your numbers up when most of the answers were no? In this seat, that is the whole game, and the application is going to ask.
HOW TO APPLY:
We are a US-based company, and we run a thorough process even when no specific seat is open today. We make no apologies for it. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, and we hire like the decision matters, because it does. If you want a quick gig, this will feel like a lot. If you want a home, it will feel right.
Here is the whole path, nothing hidden. Two steps to apply, three interviews to earn the seat.
Application. Complete our formal application and answer all 15 questions. Treat them like the first sales call they are, thorough and specific. One-line answers tell us exactly how you would treat a prospect, so do the work.
Personality test. Once your application is in, you complete a short personality assessment. No right or wrong answers. It is how you qualify for the first interview, so it is not a step to skip.
First interview, culture fit. We get to know the real you and find out whether this is a place you would thrive.
Second interview, skill assessment. If you advance, you show us you can do the job, usually with a short role-play. This is where the real setters separate from the talkers.
Final interview, company alignment. The last conversation is about direction. We make sure your goals and ours point the same way, because long-term only works when they do.
