We are looking for an energetic, hard-working Landscaping and Lawn Care Technician to help design, maintain, and transform outdoor residential and commercial spaces. If you love working outdoors, staying physically active, and taking pride in your work, this role is for you. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide hands-on training for the right candidate!
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend/overtime opportunities
- Key Responsibilities
- Lawn Maintenance: Perform mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blowing on residential and commercial properties.
- Landscape Services: Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, weeding, and seasonal cleanups.
- Material Application: Safely apply fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments (with opportunity to earn pesticide license).
- Equipment Operations: Safely operate and perform daily maintenance on commercial landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools).
- Job Site Safety: Follow all safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and ensure job sites are left clean and professional.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients on-site and communicate their needs to the crew leader.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying Nashville weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Experience: Previous professional lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
