Our Client Law Firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to support its Mass Torts and Commercial Litigation practice. This position offers exposure to sophisticated litigation matters, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to work on high-profile cases.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience in commercial litigation, mass torts, complex civil litigation, or class actions preferred
- Strong motion practice and legal writing experience
- Experience managing discovery and depositions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Stable employment history preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and support complex litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and case strategy memoranda
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Work closely with partners on high-value litigation matters
- Assist with trial preparation and case development
