Position Overview:
Mastercraft Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead daily field activities across maintenance and construction projects while overseeing critical operational responsibilities that directly impact service quality, team performance, safety, and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for directing field crews, coordinating schedules and resources, enforcing quality and compliance standards, maintaining accurate reporting and documentation, supporting budget oversight, and participating in specialized physical labor when project demands require hands-on leadership in the field. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise Field Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of field service teams, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
· Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.
· Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by field teams, implementing improvements as necessary.
· Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate schedules for field staff, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
· Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and field team performance.
· Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for field operations and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
· Specialized Physical Labor Participation: Participate in the specialized physical labor required for certain projects, including hands-on field work as needed to support successful project completion.
· Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in field of service management or a similar role.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch software.
· Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements
· Verbal, auditory, and written capabilities to effectively communicate in an articulate manner.
· Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
· Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of specialized tools and equipment.
· Reaching overhead, above the shoulders, and horizontally.
· Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching.
· Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling object(s) weighing up to 75 pounds.
· Climbing ladders and working from heights as necessary.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
