Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding quotes, product details, and service options via phone, email, or chat channels
- Generate accurate and competitive quotes tailored to customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes issued, and follow-up actions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Support account management efforts by nurturing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate solutions aligned with company offerings and market trends
- Assist in developing marketing strategies by providing insights from customer feedback and sales data
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of quotes and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or account management within SaaS or financial services industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with flex quoting software
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple client requests efficiently
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data, market trends, and financial information for informed decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with marketing strategies or analysis is a plus but not required
