Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location as an unarmed driving patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations through communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and help to manage visitor entry, badge verification, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols at a dynamic technology-focused location.

Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with staff and guests, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests as directed.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
