Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to become a key leader within our business and serve as the operational right hand to leadership. This role is designed for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive execution, improve processes, and help scale the business as we continue to grow.
The Operations Manager will take responsibility for ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently, teams remain aligned, and new initiatives are executed successfully from strategy through implementation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can independently build systems, processes, and teams.
Responsibilities
Own and oversee daily business operations across e-commerce, customer experience, internal workflows, vendor coordination, and operational processes
Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and achieve production goals
Manage and support both local in-person teams and international remote teams
Translate leadership goals and growth initiatives into actionable plans and execute them from start to finish
Build and implement new operational processes, systems, and workflows to support business growth
Monitor operational performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Drive continuous process optimization across departments
Ensure teams have the structure, resources, and direction needed to perform effectively
Take ownership of additional operational and growth-related responsibilities as business needs evolve
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, or a related industry
Proven experience managing both on-site teams and remote/international teams
Strong ability to take ownership and operate independently with minimal supervision
Experience building processes, improving workflows, and scaling operations
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and create practical solutions
Ability to think strategically while still being hands-on with execution
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly
Ability to take an idea or business objective and turn it into a structured, measurable execution plan

Compensation
$85,000 – $100,000/year (based on experience)
