Overview:
We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team in either our Production or Structural departments. This position requires a welder who can work confidently across stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, set up their own welds independently, and interpret blueprints and weld symbols without supervision.
This is an intermediate-to-advanced level position. We are looking for welders who take pride in the quality and consistency of their work and who are ready to contribute from day one.
4X10 Schedule
1st and 2nd shift availability
$24-32/hour

Set up and adjust equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders

Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and appearance; make adjustments as needed

Communicate issues, material defects, or blueprint discrepancies to leads/supervisors
Skills and Experience:
- Previous professional welding experience OR formal welding training/certification (trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship) required to apply

Demonstrated ability to MIG weld stainless, mild steel, and aluminum

Must be comfortable setting up welds independently — machine settings, gas selection, and filler material

Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols accurately

Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
