We’re hiring bilingual individuals who enjoy working directly with people and want an opportunity to grow within a fast-moving sales environment representing AT&T products and services.
This is an entry-level position with training provided. We look more at communication skills, attitude, and work ethic than previous industry experience.

Must be comfortable assisting and communicating with Spanish-speaking customers in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Help customers with AT&T wireless plans, devices, and internet services
- Explain promotions, upgrades, and service options clearly
- Assist with account setup and customer enrollments
- Provide strong customer service throughout the sales process
- Work alongside team leaders and management during daily campaigns
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions
