We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented college students to join our team in a part-time Data Entry role. Position Overview
As a Data Entry Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing items for auction by accurately recording information into our cataloging system. You’ll work hands-on with unique collectibles, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role is ideal for students looking for flexible, part-time work that builds professional experience while fitting around class schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data for coins, collectibles, and other items into company databases.
- Catalog and organize auction items with precision.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when working with high-value merchandise.
- Collaborate with the auction team to ensure timely and correct data entry.
- Assist in other areas of operations as needed (photography, shipping, etc.).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or university (all majors welcome).
- Strong typing and computer skills (experience with Excel/Google Sheets a plus).
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Job Details
- Part-time (flexible scheduling to accommodate classes; approx. 20-40 hours per week).
- In-office role at our Farmers Branch, TX location.
- Occasional weekend work may be required.
- Hands-on experience with valuable and unique collectibles.
