What you'll be doing
- Run residential service and repair calls across New Castle County
- Diagnose electrical issues and explain them to homeowners in plain English
- Walk homeowners through their options and pricing, and earn the work
- Install your own work to code — safely, cleanly, and right the first time
- Build repeat customers and referrals through great service
What we're looking for
- Hands-on residential electrical experience (service and repair preferred)
- Licensed electrician preferred — we'll train the right service-minded person on our system
- A people-first personality: confident, honest, and genuinely good with homeowners
- Clean driving record and the drive to do great work and earn the bonus
