We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Elite Security Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing loss, managing conflicts effectively, utilizing proper documentation. The Elite Security Operator will utilize various security measures and technologies to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment, limited to a certified body cam.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or hazards.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports for management review.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or fraud attempts and taking appropriate action.
- Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques to resolve issues peacefully.
- Maintain a commanding presence and demonstrate exceptional situational awareness
- Uphold our code of conduct with discipline, integrity, and loyalty
- Execute security operations with precision, professionalism, and discretion
- Protect clients, assets, and property with no room for error
- Adhere to all operational protocols, including required gear, licensing, and body camera usage
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
