Overview

Duties
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage website content using WordPress and content management systems, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through effective SEO strategies.
- Design compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for use in digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Web analytics reporting tools, and marketing automation platforms; analyze data to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives by creating engaging copy, segmenting audiences, and tracking open rates and conversions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns by setting up ad groups, managing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and reporting on ROI for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation with excellent copywriting skills tailored for various digital channels.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with content management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Ability to analyze web analytics data to generate insightful reports that guide marketing strategies; experience with web analytics reporting tools is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms and familiarity with HTML coding for website updates or email templates.
