Position: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)
Schedule: Full-Time, Overnight Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Dionne Commons is a welcoming assisted living community dedicated to providing exceptional care, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and certified CRMA to join our overnight team and help ensure our residents receive safe, attentive care throughout the night.
Position Summary
The CRMA is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident well-being, and providing direct care and support to residents during overnight hours. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care in a respectful and professional manner.
Essential Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
- Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to resident needs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including toileting, transfers, and personal care.
- Perform routine safety checks and wellness rounds.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and supervisors.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with emergency situations according to community policies and procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Complete required reports, documentation, and shift-to-shift communication.
Qualifications
- CRMA certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
