As a Materials Management Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our supply operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, storing, selecting, and delivering supplies throughout the Health System.

The Materials Management Technician supports daily storeroom and supply distribution operations by receiving, selecting, inventorying, storing, and delivering supplies and equipment. This position ensures inventory is accurately maintained, properly stored, and readily available to support clinical and operational teams.
The role requires attention to detail, physical activity, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient supply environment.

Select supply orders using pick tickets and prepare orders for next-day delivery.

Receive, organize, and store supplies and equipment in designated locations.

Restock shelves and rotate inventory to maintain proper stock levels and product integrity.

Verify expiration dates and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.

Issue supplies to authorized personnel upon receipt of appropriate requisitions.

Maintain accurate inventory and assist with routine inventory activities.

Prepare supplies and equipment for delivery throughout the Health System.

Keep storerooms clean, organized, and safe.

Identify and report damaged, expired, misplaced, or incorrect inventory.

Follow established safety, inventory control, and supply chain procedures.

Provide professional and responsive service to internal customers.

Work collaboratively with Supply Chain team members and the departments we support.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling, climbing (ladder, steps) and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs. May be exposed to, cold and heat.
The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $25.22 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
