Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to help keep properties running smoothly? We’re looking for a Property Management Field Agent to join our team! You’ll work directly with the property manager and team to support tenants, owners, and vendors while keeping daily operations on track.
Property Management Field Agent
Las Vegas, Henderson & Surrounding Areas
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Field Agent to assist with on-site tasks for residential rental properties throughout the Las Vegas area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working independently, and supporting a growing property management company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections (move-in, move-out, routine, and compliance inspections)
- Take clear photos and detailed notes
- Post notices on doors when required
- Meet vendors or tenants at properties as needed
- Verify property condition and occupancy
- Assist with Section 8 / housing inspections when applicable
- Report findings promptly through provided systems
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with camera and email access
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor when interacting with tenants and vendors
- Prior property management, real estate, or field inspection experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Hourly
- Mileage reimbursement available
