Job Description: Crew Leader / RemodelerResponsibilities
- Lead and manage remodeling projects from start to finish
- Supervise crew members
- Perform and oversee skilled work including (but not limited to):
- Framing
- Drywall
- Finish carpentry
- Trim
- Doors and windows
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Read and interpret plans, scopes, and specifications
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Hold yourself and others accountable to company expectations
- Mentor and develop less-experienced team members
- Represent Worthington Renovations professionally on every jobsite

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
