We are in need full-time Customer Service Representative in our Santa Maria, CA location.
Job Responsibilities:
· Set up new customers and necessary paperwork for customer files
· Enter customer sales and receipts
· Post payments and reconcile daily cash on hand
. Accounts receivable and collections
· Answer phones, take orders for fuel deliveries and service work
Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Prior office experience required
· Computers Skills (Including Excel Skills)
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills
· Strong Organizational Skills and Must be Detail Oriented
