Little Sisters of the Poor – Jeanne Jugan Residence is looking for a visionary Director of Nursing to lead our dedicated nursing team with passion and expertise. You will ensure the highest standards of care and promote excellence in healthcare delivery for our long-term residents. The successful candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed to practice in Rhode Island as a Registered Nurse. You will have prior experience in Nursing Management, e.g., DON, ADON, RN Supervisor, and at least three years Registered Nurse experience with a strong focus in geriatrics, supervision, management, and/or administration.
