Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other tradesmen to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while on the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber's License
- Valid driving license preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools safely.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic math skills for accurate measurements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
