On Call | Pay: $8.00 per hour + Tips. (3 Month Tip Average + Base Rate = $19.26 Hourly) | Schedule: Typical shifts for this position fall between 11:00am to 2am, 7 days per week.
This is an On Call position and does not qualify for benefits. Some organizational perks still apply such as access to employee health benefits, complimentary gym access, and associate dining privileges for roles based at sites with such facilities.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are properly served, and ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed.
Pay Rate: $6.50 per hour plus tips | Hourly, Part Time | Tip Average: $19.83 per hour | Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday OFF and Sunday through Tuesday 5:00pm to 12:15am; Friday and Saturday 7:00pm to 2:15am |
Primary Tasks:
1. Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all special promotions.
2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.
3. Input orders into point of sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
5. Deliver beverage accurately to patrons while ensuring proper payment.
6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
MINIMUM
- High School Diploma or GED
- ABLE Certification
- Ability to read write and understand simple instructions
- Basic mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
