Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records, process payments, and update guest information securely
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors across multi-line phone systems
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled for overnight shifts to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Foster guest relations by anticipating needs, offering personalized service, and creating a welcoming environment
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations, will help you excel in this role
- Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience involving front desk responsibilities is a plus
