American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a CT Scan unit, requiring 2+ years of experience and proficiency in diagnostic and invasive CT imaging, including ED trauma and stroke imaging.

Located on the 2nd floor of the A Tower in a large 800-bed acute care hospital
-
4x10-hour evening shifts, Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
-
13-week contract
-
Procedures include neuro, MSK, body imaging, invasive CT, cardiac imaging, and pediatric imaging
-
Equipment includes GE Optima, 3 GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors
-
EMR: Cerner Rad Net and Philips PACS
-
Evening shift is staffed with 4-5 Technologists and a Rad Assistant
-
Possible weekend shifts and rotation to another shift
-
Potential call of approximately 12 hours per month

Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
-
ARRT (R) certification required
-
Proficiency in all areas of CT imaging, including diagnostic scans and invasive procedures

ED trauma and stroke imaging experience required

GE equipment experience, invasive CT, cardiac CT, and venipuncture skills preferred

License required if applicable

SSN and DOB required for consideration

One professional reference required (two references required for candidates licensed in Florida or Missouri)

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted

Ideal candidate is a team player who can also work independently and is self-motivated

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
