Compensation: $16.50-$17.50/hr (based upon experience)
Full Time 9:00am-5:00pm | Rotating of weekends and holidays every 3-4 weeks
Full Time Rotating Shifts | Occasional weekends and rotating holidays (3 days per week 11AM-730 PM and 2 days per week 930AM-530PM.)

The Community Life Enrichment and Activities Assistant is responsible for planning and leading programs that bring purpose and meaning to the lives of the individuals who are residents or short-term rehabilitation guests. This position is charged with engaging people to live their best lives and have a good day.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret instructions (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service skills
- Capable of working independently or as a team
- Creative thinking and positive attitude
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Lead resident activities (arts, crafts, dance, music, exercise, brain games and sensory stimulation).
- Perform timely documentation.
- Keep clinical staff updated on changes to resident condition.
- Safely transport residents to programs.
- Encourage residents to participate in scheduled events.
- Arrange physical environment in preparation for activities to ensure resident and guest safety.
- Create a welcoming and festive environment for residents.
- Promote and support culture of patient centered care and service.
