What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a great experience for every customer by:
- Providing friendly, Five Star customer service
- Running the register and handling transactions accurately
- Learning our products, promotions, and services so you can confidently help customers
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready for our customers
- Working as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
- Helping customers find what they need and recommending products when appropriate
- Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift
What We're Looking For
You don’t need years of experience to be successful here! We’re looking for people who:
- Enjoy working with people and providing great customer service
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Are dependable, positive, and willing to learn
- Take pride in their work and their store
- Can confidently handle cash and customer transactions
Retail, cashier, or food service experience is helpful—but not required. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Spanish or other multilingual skills are a plus.
