Job Responsibilities:
A Site Director is the leader of the program supervising Teachers, Aides and children. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and fun, licensed environment, implementing a fun and engaging curriculum (we are accredited by Cognia), and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Active enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry (CBR)
- At least one year of verifiable leadership/management of adult team members in a professional setting
- 20 credit hours in Education/Child Psychology/Early Childhood Development OR related field OR at least 1 year of experience in a licensed child care/school facility, working with School-Aged Children (ages 5-12)
- CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Food Handlers certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- At least 21 years of age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
