The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a therapist that will be part of a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, identify and interrupt negative interaction patterns, and improve stability in the family. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in Lancaster County and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.

Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications

Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance

Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI Clearance
Qualifications for The Family Based Mental Health Professional:

A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents
