The Heavy Haul Operations Representative will support the growth, execution, and daily management of the company’s Heavy Haul division. This role is responsible for sourcing qualified carriers, coordinating driver operations and communication, managing project details, supporting customer service, and providing accurate tracking and reporting throughout each shipment/project lifecycle. This individual will help ensure heavy haul opportunities are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while supporting long-term customer relationships and continued division growth. Authority will also include involvement with pricing, compliance, and service issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Source and qualify carriers for project-based and specialized spot freight opportunities.

Coordinate carrier and driver communication to support safe, timely, and compliant shipment execution.

Manage heavy haul project details from planning through delivery, including scheduling, coordination, issue resolution, and internal updates.

Serve as a customer service contact, providing proactive communication and support throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Track active projects shipments and provide timely status updates to internal teams and customers.

Create, maintain, and analyze reporting to support visibility, performance tracking, and division growth.
