What Youll Do:

Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, negotiation, and close.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by targeting ideal customers using the companys AI-driven prospecting tools.

Act as a consultative partner, identifying customer pain points, quantifying ROI, and aligning solutions to business objectives.

Deliver impactful product demos that translate technical capabilities into tangible business value.

Lead deal negotiations and consistently exceed ambitious revenue goals.

Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering teams to share insights from the field.

Stay informed on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and broader market trends.
What Were Looking For:
Required:

3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3–6+ months).

Exceptional discovery, consultative selling, and ROI-based storytelling skills.

Ability to sell technical products by simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred:

Experience selling AI, CRM, or revenue/sales productivity solutions.

Background in early-stage startups or comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.

Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales performance.
Compensation and Benefits:

OTE: $170K–$200K

Ramp: Full OTE guaranteed during the first 3 months

Post-ramp: 50/50 base and variable structure
