We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a very hands-on leadership role — you will work alongside your crew while managing daily job site operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 team members

Work hands-on daily in landscape construction projects

Read and interpret plans and layouts

Oversee and perform installation of:

Paver patios, walkways, and driveways
-
Retaining walls
-
Grading and drainage systems
-
Irrigation systems
-
Plantings and sod
- Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, compactors, etc.)

Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

Maintain job site safety

Communicate with project managers and clients
-
Assist with snow operations during winter months
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of landscape construction experience
-
Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of hardscape installation and grading
-
Ability to read and build from plans
-
Confident equipment operator
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
-
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
This is not a supervisor-only position — we are looking for a working foreman who leads by example.
