We're seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful cases, work directly with clients, and grow into a leadership or partnership role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial firm.
What You'll Do
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize client recoveries.
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle arbitrations.
Develop litigation strategy, manage discovery, and maintain strong client communication.
Leverage legal technology and AI tools (including Clio and Eve) to improve case outcomes.
What We're Looking For
J.D. with active Washington Bar admission (or ability to waive in).
2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Strong negotiation, deposition, and client advocacy skills.
Arbitration experience preferred; civil litigation experience is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and grow.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fully in-office environment.
