- Commission Rate-Mileage, Stop & Piece pay plus $50.00 cross dock bonus per week
- Commission Rate increase after 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, and 48 months

Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License required
- Safe Driving Records (MVR plus previous employer information will be reviewed)
- All drivers must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements and background verification
- All drivers are subject to Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections of delivery truck, tractor and trailer before departing the warehouse.
- Arrive to work on time and ready to serve your customers. This includes reviewing all customer documents before departing the warehouse.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Transport and deliver various products to customer locations.
- Operate the company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws; follow safe lifting techniques and maneuvering procedures while making product deliveries.
- Deliver and Check-in delivery at customer locations in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Collect any cash receipt transactions by customers and return to the company Accounting Department as specified.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Must be capable of lifting and/or moving items up to 50lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work in warm and cold temperature conditions that may range from 0 degrees to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
