PAY BREAKDOWN

Training pay: $650/week

First 3 months: $1,000/week guaranteed

After that: $1,400 to $1,800/week average
HOW IT WORKS
You're paired with a trainer for 4 to 6 weeks. You run actual freight together — not a simulator, not a classroom. Once your trainer clears you, you're on your own.
Training covers:

Operating a Class A tractor-trailer safely

ELD systems and hours-of-service compliance

Pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures

Dispatch communication and company protocol
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35

Bi-weekly home time

Full DOT regulation compliance

Accurate ELD logs and DVIRs

Thorough equipment inspections, every shift

Professional communication with dispatch
REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL
-
Minimum age 21
-
120 or more hours from an accredited CDL school

Clean driving record
-
Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
